This morning I said adieu to my most recent two couch surfers. Stefan from Munich Germany is going off to Arizona today on a Grey Hound bus. James from Sydney Australia is going to Albuquerque, a city only 40 minutes away from Santa Fe. He is doing a presentation for a conference over there and stayed with me and my housemates for 5 days to get a look-see of ye olde Santa Fe. Very generous and funny people! I'm glad they can take my jabs of sarcasm too, and dish some out with a swiftness. For those of you familiar with the band Blues Traveler: I had a lovely conversation with John Popper outside of the Cowgirl Hall of Fame....I caught him as he was smoking a cig on Guadalupe Street.
